President.

20 years experience in corporate strategy, corporate finance, investment management and portfolio management in both the private and public sectors. Former President of the Ottawa Chapter of the Toronto Financial Analysts Society ( CFA Institute), past member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Council of Financial Analysts, past member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Advocacy Council (CAC) of the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR) and Chairperson of the North American Society for Excellence in the Arts and Crafts.

A graduate of the Ped Program from IMD Switzerland, Master in Finance from Texas A&M University and the BSc. in Agricultural Economics program at Laval university (Guelph University exchange) .

Taught Corporate Finance at both the MBA and undergraduate levels at the Rotman School of Management and the university of Toronto and International Trade at both the MBA and the undergraduate levels at the University of Ottawa..

Jane Owen

Senior VP Economic Analysis. Over 20 years experience in risk management and program delivery. Strong quantitative analysis background in economics and econometrics, has been involved in setting up trading systems, managing reverse auctions. Extensive work experience in environmental studies related to carbon credits. Managed or advised the Federal government and various institutions on several billion-dollar programs and on alternative delivery programs as well as on risk analysis.

Jane has been invited to make many representations at various international and bilateral negotiations and consulting meetings including at the WTO, OECD, and the FAO.

A graduate of the MSc. program in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University and of the BSc. program in Agricultural Economics from the University of Guelph .
