and manage, on a discretionary
basis, clients financial
assets according to their unique objectives and constraints.
Our clients have direct access to an accredited
Investment Counsel and Portfolio Manager (ICPM) at all
time. Portfolio are designed and managed according to each client
particular objectives and constraints. As a professional organization, we
take great care to understand not only our clients' risk profile, but also our
clients' risk tolerance.
As an institutional investors, we normally have
access to better rate on cash equivalent and fixed income products than rates
offered to retail clients by banks or brokerage firms. We also have access
to very attractive rates on exchange rates which can be very advantageous for
our clients' hedging positions or for corporations (foreign exchange and cash
management).
As a portfolio management firm, we strive to
identify securities that should provide superior performance or reduce portfolio
risk. We have developed a disciplined approach to portfolio management
centered around managing risk. As a global investor and founding member of
Global Investment Counsel/ Portfolio Managers, we maintain close contacts
with other institutions around the world.
We are a fee only based organization. Our
fees are low and we charge performance fees based on performance.
