has developed an expertise in acquisition , management and taxation in
different jurisdictions.
In
addition to the selection of local managers, we provide a supervisory
service with frequent visits on site if need be.
We make recommendations to our clients on the impact of
their real estate portfolio on the overall capital asset portfolio and
impact on taxation including succession planning.
