methods to valuate securities, looking for deeply depressed prices, Warren Buffett
one of the most famous investor in history was also one their students and still
remain a firm believer of their methods. We also believe in the
Graham/Dodd principles and adhere to it.

management seeking opportunities in companies that generate cash flows and
create values. We believe that company valuation should increase if a
company's uses of cash create value and generate cash flow and vis versa,
company valuation should decrease if a company"s uses of cash destroy value.
