provides highly dedicated, personalized and professional services to family members.
Our role is to provide independent (i.e. clear of potential
conflicts) financial advices or management services. This includes estate, tax, pensions,
successions, retirement, property management, due diligence, day to day
management (banking, trusts and executor). We work closely with
specialists (banks, accountants, lawyers, insurance specialists, health care
specialists) to deliver our services.
We are particularly familiar with the needs, expectations of families with family members in
different jurisdictions and the need to better manage risk and create values.
JAPA International is registered as a portfolio management firm with the Securities
Commission. The firm provides discretionary management services
to its members. Japa International uses the Harvard Model, the Yale Model or a
combination of the two approaches to design and construct portfolios.
Patrick Lenouvel (Msc
Finance), the Chief Investment Officer remains the main contact with family
members.
The firm has developed an expertise in behavioral finance and
uses merger arbitrage and
other absolute return strategies to better manage risk and/or improve portfolio
performance. We have also developed models seeking dividend paying
securities on a global basis.
The firm provides due diligence and advisory services to
governments, corporations, High Net Worth Individuals and institutions.
Japa International provides advices in corporate strategy, CAPEX and innovation
projects. The firm copyrighted a performance review approach, the Economic Benefit
Audit, a system developed to review programs and the impacts of investment.
